We believe that learning is a life long journey and to keep up-to-date and maintain our edge we must learn, adapt and improve along the way.

We offer a range of learning and development activities including:

• Interesting projects offering opportunities to learn and travel;
• Annual calendar of activities covering personal development, project management, consulting skills and leadership development;
• Regular brown bags/technical updates on innovations and legislative changes etcetera;
• Assistance with relevant post-graduate study;
• Coaching by senior staff and a Mentoring program to facilitate sharing of knowledge and expertise across our teams; and
